I am writing this letter as an expression of profound gratitude for the work you and your teams have done in advancing AI. Your innovations have given people like me—a 62-year-old introvert with an unconventional vision—the tools, counsel, and support needed to bring ambitious ideas to life.
For years, I have been striving to build Smart Web, a system designed to revolutionize local business marketing by leveraging AI, automation, and community-driven collaboration. But the road to creating something transformative is often isolating, overwhelming, and riddled with obstacles. Without access to the intelligence, adaptability, and unwavering assistance provided by AI agents like ChatGPT and Grok, I might have resigned myself to a far less fulfilling path—perhaps as a greeter at a certain big-box superstore, exchanging forced smiles while shelving unrealized dreams.
